01.0 COMPREHENSIVE REGULATORY PREAMBLE AND STATUTORY SCOPE
ProLogicStack (hereinafter "The Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our") establishes this Master Privacy Policy to eliminate all information asymmetry regarding data minimization, serverless processing, and technical telemetry. This document constitutes a formal legal declaration of our data handling practices and is drafted in strict adherence to international data protection standards.
The scope of this policy encompasses every digital interaction occurring within the ProLogicStack domain, including all subdomains, edge functions, architectural logic engines, and the official Android Application. By accessing the Services, you ("The User," "Visitor," or "Entity") acknowledge that you have entered into a binding legal agreement regarding your digital footprint.
Our commitment to privacy is not merely a policy but a foundational engineering constraint. We operate under a "Privacy by Design" framework which mandates that data protection is integrated into the source code of our serverless architecture. This ensures that privacy is the default setting for every tool, calculator, and framework provided on the Platform.
This policy is global in its application. Whether you are accessing our Services from the European Economic Area (EEA), North America, Asia-Pacific (APAC), or any other jurisdiction, the protections outlined herein apply to your session. We recognize the legal authority of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the Indian Information Technology Act.
If you do not agree with the granular details of this document, your sole and exclusive recourse is to terminate your session immediately and clear your browser's Local Storage to remove any ephemeral traces of your interaction.
02.0 ARCHITECTURAL DECLARATION: SERVERLESS DATA MINIMIZATION
ProLogicStack utilizes a decentralized, serverless architecture that fundamentally redefines the relationship between a user and a platform. We have intentionally engineered our stack to function without a centralized user database for the vast majority of our Services.
2.1 ZERO-LOGIN ARCHITECTURE.
The Platform does not provide user accounts, registration forms, or authentication gateways. Consequently, we do not possess the technical capacity to store your name, residential address, government identification numbers, or biometric data. Your identity remains cryptographically obscured from our systems.
2.2 EPHEMERAL EDGE PROCESSING.
When you input data into our calculators or logic engines, the computation occurs on the "Edge"—the server nearest to your physical location. These computations are ephemeral. Once the HTTP request-response cycle is complete, the data is purged from the server's volatile memory (RAM). We do not persist your financial inputs or architectural configurations in any long-term storage medium.
2.3 LOCAL STORAGE SOVEREIGNTY.
In instances where you wish to save your progress (e.g., a saved SEO project or a financial simulation), the Platform utilizes the Web Storage API built into your browser. This data resides strictly on your physical device. It is never automatically synced to our servers. You remain the sole custodian of your saved data. If you clear your browser's application cache, this data is permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered by our engineering team.
03.0 TECHNICAL TELEMETRY AND ANONYMIZED DATA COLLECTION
To maintain the technical stability and security of our serverless infrastructure, we collect a limited set of automated telemetry data. This collection is essential for preventing DDoS attacks and optimizing latency.
3.1 NETWORK IDENTIFIERS.
Our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Cloudflare) automatically log your IP address, browser user agent string, and referring URL. This data is utilized for geolocation purposes (to serve you the correct regional currency and server) and to block malicious botnets.
3.2 TRANSACTIONAL AFFILIATE TELEMETRY.
As a commercial entity supported by affiliate partnerships, we generate technical attribution tokens. When you interact with an external link, a unique alphanumeric Click ID is generated. This ID contains no personal identifiers. It is used solely to record that a click occurred at a specific timestamp. This data is retained for 7 years to satisfy international commercial audit and tax compliance regulations.
3.3 ANONYMIZED ANALYTICS.
We utilize privacy-centric analytics (e.g., Cloudflare Web Analytics) that operate without cookies. These tools measure aggregate traffic patterns—such as the number of visitors per day or the most popular tools—without tracking individual user behavior across the web. We do not use "fingerprinting" techniques to identify you across different devices.
04.0 EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-IN DATA PROCESSING
The only instance in which ProLogicStack collects Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is when you voluntarily initiate a communication or subscribe to an optional update service.
4.1 NEWSLETTER AND UPDATES.
If you choose to provide your email address to receive technical updates or "Stack Alerts," your email is processed by our third-party email service providers (e.g., Resend or Mailchimp). We do not sell your email address to third-party data brokers or marketing aggregators.
4.2 SUPPORT INQUIRIES.
If you contact our legal or engineering team via email, we collect your email address and the contents of your message. This data is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. Once a support ticket is closed, your email is archived for 24 months for quality assurance purposes before being permanently deleted.
4.3 USER RIGHTS REGARDING EMAIL.
You possess the absolute right to "be forgotten." At any time, you may click the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails, which will trigger an automated workflow to purge your record from our active mailing lists within 48 hours.
05.0 GLOBAL COMPLIANCE ADDENDUM: GDPR ARTICLE 6(1)(F)
For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, ProLogicStack processes data under the legal basis of "Legitimate Interests."
Our legitimate interests include:
- Maintaining the technical integrity and security of our serverless edge functions.
- Ensuring the commercial viability of the Platform through accurate affiliate attribution.
- Providing customer support for our free logic engines.
We have conducted a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) and determined that our minimal data collection does not override your fundamental rights to privacy and freedom. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects. If you believe our processing of your IP address for security purposes is excessive, you may contact our Data Protection Officer at contact@prologicstack.com.
06.0 CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA/CPRA) COMPLIANCE
This section provides additional disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act. It applies solely to residents of the State of California.
6.1 CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED.
In the preceding 12 months, ProLogicStack has collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: IP addresses and browser fingerprints (collected for security and bot prevention).
- Internet or other electronic network activity information: Clickstream data and interaction with affiliate links.
- Geolocation data: Derived from IP addresses to provide regional calculator formatting.
6.2 DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE 'SALE' OF DATA.
ProLogicStack does not sell your personal information (such as your name or email) to third parties for monetary compensation. However, under the broad definition of 'sale' or 'sharing' in California law, the use of third-party affiliate tracking cookies may be considered a sale. By utilizing our Services, you acknowledge this technical data exchange.
6.3 CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS.
Residents of California have the right to request:
- Deletion of the limited data we hold (telemetry and support emails).
- Correction of inaccurate technical logs.
- Opt-out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information via Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
6.4 NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE.
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for the collection of personal data. Our affiliate partnerships are the primary revenue driver allowing us to provide these technical tools at zero cost to the user.
07.0 CANADIAN PRIVACY STANDARDS (PIPEDA) AND DATA SOVEREIGNTY
ProLogicStack adheres to the ten fair information principles set out in Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
7.1 ACCOUNTABILITY.
We have designated a Data Compliance Officer responsible for our privacy practices. All serverless edge functions used by the Platform are audited to ensure they do not store unauthorized PII.
7.2 IDENTIFYING PURPOSES.
The purposes for which we collect telemetry data (security and attribution) are identified at the time of collection through this document.
7.3 CONSENT AND WITHDRAWAL.
By interacting with our calculators, you provide implied consent for client-side processing in Local Storage. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data or ceasing use of the Platform.
7.4 SAFEGUARDS.
We employ administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. Since we do not store high-value PII (like passwords or credit card numbers), the risk of identity theft through a ProLogicStack data breach is theoretically minimized to the lowest possible tier.
08.0 ASIA-PACIFIC (APAC) REGIONAL PRIVACY ADDENDUM
ProLogicStack recognizes the diverse regulatory landscape of the APAC region, including the Indian Information Technology Act (2000) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
8.1 INDIA (IT ACT & DIGITAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION).
We process data in compliance with Section 43A of the IT Act. As we do not collect 'Sensitive Personal Data' (SPD) such as passwords or biometric data, our compliance burden is focused on maintaining 'Reasonable Security Practices' for the IP addresses and telemetry logs we handle.
8.2 SINGAPORE (PDPA).
We process data for 'Business Improvement Purposes' and 'Security Purposes.' We do not utilize your technical data for direct marketing unless you explicitly opt-in to our technical newsletter.
8.3 AUSTRALIA (PRIVACY ACT 1988).
We handle personal information in a transparent manner. If you wish to make a complaint regarding a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, please use the contact details provided in Section 16.
09.0 TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE AND ANTI-FRAUD PROTOCOLS
ProLogicStack implements advanced technical surveillance to protect the integrity of our proprietary algorithms and serverless infrastructure.
9.1 BOT DETECTION AND IP REPUTATION.
We utilize third-party security services (e.g., Cloudflare) to analyze the reputation of your IP address. This is a mandatory security processing activity to prevent the automated scraping of our architectural frameworks.
9.2 RATE LIMITING AND SESSION TELEMETRY.
To ensure equitable access to our calculators, we monitor the frequency of requests originating from a single IP address. This data is stored in volatile memory and is purged every 24 hours. We do not link these rate-limiting logs to your personal identity.
9.3 FORENSIC LOGGING.
In the event of a detected security breach or unauthorized attempt to reverse-engineer our tools, we reserve the right to retain detailed forensic logs indefinitely to assist law enforcement agencies.
10.0 THIRD-PARTY DATA HANDSHAKES AND API INTEGRATIONS
While ProLogicStack is serverless, we utilize a 'Handshake' protocol to interact with third-party APIs for specific high-utility functions.
10.1 AFFILIATE NETWORK API CALLS.
When you click a 'Recommended Tool' link, our server triggers an API request to an affiliate network. This request includes a Click ID and a timestamp. No other data points are transmitted.
10.2 ANALYTICS PIXELS (MINIMALIST).
We avoid heavy tracking pixels used by major social media networks. We prioritize privacy-preserving 'cookieless' analytics that focus on event-based data rather than user-based data.
10.3 INFRASTRUCTURE LOGS.
Our host (Vercel) and security layer (Cloudflare) maintain their own independent privacy logs. By using ProLogicStack, you are also subject to the infrastructure privacy policies of these providers. We encourage you to review their specific data handling terms.
11.0 ENHANCED SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE AND DATA PROTECTION
ProLogicStack employs a multi-layered defense strategy to safeguard the minimal technical data we process within our serverless ecosystem.
11.1 ENCRYPTION STANDARDS.
All data transmitted between your browser and our edge functions is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 or higher. We enforce HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to prevent downgrade attacks. While we do not store high-value PII like passwords, any ephemeral data in transit is protected by industry-standard cryptographic protocols.
11.2 INFRASTRUCTURE ISOLATION.
Our serverless functions run in isolated execution environments. This "sandbox" architecture ensures that data from one user session cannot bleed into another. Upon completion of a calculator request, the execution context is destroyed, effectively purging any transient data from active memory.
11.3 VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT.
Our engineering team performs automated dependency scanning to identify and patch security vulnerabilities in our code. By minimizing the amount of code running on the server (shifting logic to the client-side), we significantly reduce the attack surface available to malicious actors.
12.0 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING DISCLOSURE
As part of our commitment to technical innovation, ProLogicStack may utilize AI-based models to enhance calculator accuracy or provide architectural suggestions.
12.1 LOCAL AI PROCESSING.
Wherever technically feasible, we utilize "on-device" AI models that run directly in your browser using WebAssembly (WASM). In these instances, your input data never leaves your physical device.
12.2 NO DATA TRAINING.
We explicitly declare that we do not use your private input data or support emails to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). Your architectural decisions and financial inputs remain your proprietary information and are not harvested for the improvement of third-party AI systems.
12.3 AI ATTRIBUTION.
If a tool uses AI-generated insights, we provide a clear technical notice. You acknowledge that AI-generated results are probabilistic and should be verified against standard engineering benchmarks.
13.0 DETAILED DATA RETENTION AND PURGE SCHEDULES
ProLogicStack maintains a transparent data lifecycle. We do not engage in indefinite data hoarding.
13.1 TELEMETRY PURGE.
Anonymized server logs (request paths, IP hashes, and latency data) are automatically overwritten on a 30-day rolling window. We retain aggregate metrics (e.g., total hits per month) for performance analysis, but these metrics contain no individual identifiers.
13.2 LEGAL AND AUDIT ARCHIVES.
Financial records related to affiliate revenue are retained for 7 years as required by international tax laws. These records contain "Click IDs" and commission amounts but are decoupled from your personal identity.
13.3 LOCAL STORAGE PERSISTENCE.
Data saved in your browser's Local Storage persists until you manually clear it. ProLogicStack has no technical mechanism to remotely delete data stored on your device. You are the administrator of your own data retention when using our client-side tools.
14.0 SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE FOR THE INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT
This section addresses specific mandates under the Indian Information Technology Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework.
14.1 GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL.
In accordance with Indian law, any grievances or concerns regarding our data practices can be directed to our designated Grievance Officer. We aim to acknowledge receipt of such grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
14.2 REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES.
ProLogicStack complies with the 'Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures' mandated by the IT Rules 2011. Our use of serverless technology and edge-side security filters (WAF) constitutes a compliant security framework for the handling of non-sensitive technical logs.
14.3 NO DATA HARVESTING.
We do not engage in the bulk harvesting of Indian citizen data for the purpose of political profiling or credit scoring. Our tools are strictly technical and educational in nature.
15.0 USER SOVEREIGNTY AND ACCESS REQUESTS (DSAR)
Regardless of your local laws, ProLogicStack extends a set of "Universal Privacy Rights" to all users.
15.1 RIGHT TO TRANSPARENCY.
You have the right to know exactly what technical tokens we generate during your session. Because we do not use accounts, we cannot look up your data by name. If you provide a specific Click ID or a support email address, we can provide a summary of the data associated with those identifiers.
15.2 DATA PORTABILITY.
Tools on our platform that allow for complex configurations (e.g., Stack Blueprints) provide an "Export" function. This allows you to download your data in JSON or CSV format, ensuring you are not locked into our platform.
15.3 CONTACT FOR RIGHTS EXERCISE.
All Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) must be submitted to contact@prologicstack.com. We require proof of identity (typically by responding to a verification email) to ensure data is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
16.0 DETAILED COOKIE METHODOLOGY AND OPT-OUT CONTROLS
ProLogicStack utilizes a minimalist tracking strategy, but for commercial continuity, specific online identifiers are required.
16.1 CLASSIFICATION OF COOKIES.
- ESSENTIAL: These are local storage keys and session cookies required for the tool to maintain state (e.g., keeping your calculator inputs visible as you navigate).
- ATTRIBUTION: These are set by third-party affiliate networks to record that a click originated from ProLogicStack. They contain a unique alphanumeric hash and a timestamp.
- ANALYTICS: We utilize cookieless, privacy-preserving telemetry (e.g., Cloudflare Web Analytics) which does not store persistent identifiers on your browser.
16.2 OPT-OUT MECHANISMS.
You have absolute control over your cookie profile. You may:
- Utilize 'Incognito' or 'Private' browsing modes to prevent the persistent storage of Click IDs.
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) or 'Do Not Track' (DNT) signals in your browser settings.
- Manually purge your browser's Local Storage and Cookies via the Application tab in your browser's Developer Tools.
16.3 THIRD-PARTY SURVEILLANCE.
When you leave our domain to visit a recommended tool or partner site, those entities may employ their own tracking pixels and behavioral surveillance. ProLogicStack possesses no technical authority over these external environments.
17.0 DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any legal dispute arising from or related to ProLogicStack's data handling practices shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our incorporation.
17.1 MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION.
You agree that any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of or relates to this Privacy Policy will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or JAMS. The arbitration shall be conducted in a location determined by the Provider.
17.2 CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You expressly waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in any class-wide litigation regarding privacy breaches or data mishandling.
17.3 LIMITATION OF ACTION.
Any cause of action you may have with respect to your privacy on the Platform must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
18.0 FORCE MAJEURE AND TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS
ProLogicStack shall not be held liable for unauthorized data disclosure resulting from events beyond our reasonable technical control.
18.1 NATURAL AND BIOLOGICAL EVENTS.
This includes, without limitation, acts of God, fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, or other natural disasters that may impact the physical data centers operated by our infrastructure providers (Vercel/Cloudflare/AWS).
18.2 CYBER WARFARE AND SYSTEMIC FAILURES.
We are not liable for data loss or exposure caused by state-sponsored cyberattacks, systemic failures of the global internet routing infrastructure (BGP), or vulnerabilities in standard cryptographic libraries that were unknown to the engineering community at the time of processing.
19.0 AMENDMENTS, UPDATES AND VERSION CONTROL
Privacy is a dynamic field, and ProLogicStack reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our technical architecture or global legal mandates.
19.1 NOTICE OF MATERIAL CHANGES.
If we implement a centralized login system or begin storing PII in a persistent database, we will notify users via a prominent banner on the Console. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
19.2 VERSION HISTORY.
The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document serves as the version control index. We recommend that technical users and competitors review this document periodically to stay informed of our data minimization refinements.
